Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing tickets or participating in any Escape Room Era immersive experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book or attend.
Bookings, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. All sales are final. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time may be eligible for rescheduling or credit at our discretion. No-shows and same-day cancellations are not refundable.
This is a temporary, limited-run immersive experience, and we strongly encourage guests to attend their scheduled time, as accommodations may be limited compared to our standard escape room offerings.
Late arrivals will not result in cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late guests; however, the experience may be shortened or modified to maintain overall show timing. No refunds will be issued for reduced experience time.
Experience Conditions & Guest Responsibility
Our immersive experiences take place in physical environments that may include theatrical lighting, sound effects, stairs, narrow passages, and other design elements integral to the show. There is no crawling, running, or fast movement required—only slow walking or standing.
Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating. Guests with accessibility concerns are encouraged to contact us in advance so we can discuss reasonable accommodations where feasible. All guests must follow staff instructions; unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Legal & Liability
All content, storylines, designs, and branding are the exclusive property of Escape Room Era and may not be copied or recorded without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Escape Room Era shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
