Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Because this is a temporary, limited-run immersive experience with fixed scheduling, staffing, and production costs, we are unable to offer the same flexibility as our permanent experiences.

Refunds are only available if a cancellation request is made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time.

The following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled experience may be eligible for a refund or reschedule, at our sole discretion.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not refundable.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits under any circumstances.

  • Due to the limited nature of this event, we strongly encourage guests to carefully select their date and time before completing their purchase. Once booked, we cannot guarantee rescheduling or accommodation beyond the policy stated above.

Late Policy

We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late to your scheduled experience, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, which may include starting your experience at a later time or modifying the experience based on availability and operational constraints.

Please note:

  • Late arrivals do not result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.

  • To maintain overall show flow, staffing schedules, and guest experience quality, the length, format, or content of the experience may be modified.

  • Modifications may include a shortened experience, adjusted scenes, or alternate starting points.

  • No refunds or credits are issued due to late arrival or modified experiences.

Because this is a live, scheduled immersive experience with fixed timing and staffing, accommodations are not guaranteed and are handled on a best-efforts basis.
